Today the space shuttle Discovery flew over Washington, D.C. on its final voyage to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum at Dulles. I found a good viewing location at the Air Force Memorial -- a hillside overlooking the Pentagon, the Potomac River, and Washington, D.C. I took this photo with a Nikon D5100, 200mm, F5.6, and 1/2000.

According to Wolf Gnards, it’s 8 years, 8 months and 16 days. So it takes Phil a total of 3,176 days to get it right! This is one of my favorite movies and favorite movie endings.
